Meeting in the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia
On 1 June 2017 the president of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia Eduard Tumasyan met with Gocha Aleksandria, the Specialist in workers’ activities of the ILO decent work technical support team and the Country office for Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Eduard Tumasyan congratulated Gocha Aleksandria on his new appointment. The parties noted the importance of discussing of the most pressing issues facing the world of work today and issues related to decent work, expressing the hope that the cooperation between the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia and the International Labor Organization could lead to desired results.
The event was attended by the CTUA vice-presidents Boris Kharatyan and Khachik Arakelyan, the head of the Educational - Research center of the CTUA - the Executive Secretary of the CTUA Garnik Vagharshakyan.
