Victory Day
On May 9, the day of the 73-d anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Victory Park, honouring millions of fallen soldiers.
May 9 is also celebrated as the 26th anniversary of the liberation of Shushi.
