Organizational and Training Center of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Armenia jointly with the Solidarity Center of Ukraine (Tatiana Solodovnyk, program coordinator of the Solidarity Center of Ukraine) on March 13, 2021. organized an online webinar on the topic “System of trade union values. An excursion into the history and prospects of trade unions for the future. Trade union ideology ". The webinar was conducted by Vitaliy Kopysh, head of the adult education department of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Chernihiv Region of Ukraine, head of the public organization "Institute of Civil Education and Labour".

 During the webinar, the values ​​of a person and the values ​​of an organization, their application in practice were discussed.

 While leading an excursion into the past, the host of the webinar V. Kopysh spoke about the key milestones in the history and personality of the trade union movement, the challenges of the modern world and prospects for the future. Speaking about the trade union ideology, the participants of the webinar expressed their views on what are the interests, ideology and principles of the trade union movement.

 The work of the webinar was held in an interesting and constructive format, the participants actively worked in groups, discussing the current tasks facing the trade unions, trying to simulate certain development scenarios.
